And so we prepare to mark the passing of one year and move
into the next, an artificial marking of time that has as much meaning as we
ascribe to it. Each moment is a new opportunity to be born afresh; what
will I express in this moment? How will I relate to myself and each of my
family members in this moment? What I feel at this moment is immense
gratitude for each and every member of my family, for both the blessings and
the challenges; each has been a gift. And so I radiate this gratitude and
love to each of my family members right now, knowing that no matter where in
the world each is now, the message will be received. May each of you
reading this today take a moment to express gratitude and love to each of your
family members. Happy new moment! Happy New Year!
